In the period 22-24.04.2019 an International Conference on Standards for Health and Safety Working Condition in the Healthcare Sector was held at the Center for Emergency Medical Care in Kardzhali within the framework of the project "Receive Emergency / Daily Needed HEALTHcare trough Innovation in the Cross-Border Region Greece -Bulgaria, co-financed by the European Union through the ERDF under the Cross-Border Cooperation Program INTERREG VA Greece-Bulgaria 2014-2020.
At the International Conference are presented new Standards and Methodology for Health and Safety Working Condition in the Field of Health Care, developed following an analysis of the results of a study of the working conditions in CMSC-Kardzhali and its affiliates.
A demonstration of a technical means for remote diagnosis was made, in case of urgent medical care (telemedicine), equipment, increasing the level of efficiency of working conditions and personal protective equipment. The International Conference promotes the exchange of experience between healthcare institutions and the capacity building of medical professionals. The developed standards for improved working conditions will enable committed healthcare professionals to respond appropriately and adequately to emergencies caused by transport and / or natural disasters, etc.
